Custom Products
Our items are custom printed or personalized and are made specifically to your order.

Custom items are not returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or incorrect printing, please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for approving all artwork, spelling, colors, and quantities before production.

We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.
Damaged Shipments

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Rush Orders
