Return & Satisfaction Policy

At Badges Buttons Plus Specialties, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are custom-made, we have specific guidelines for returns and replacements.

Custom Products

Our items are custom printed or personalized and are made specifically to your order.

  • Custom items are not returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or incorrect printing, please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • We may request photos or details of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

  • Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Order Approval Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for approving all artwork, spelling, colors, and quantities before production.

  • We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Keep all packaging materials and provide photos so we can file a claim if needed.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

  • Once an order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

  • Badges Buttons Plus Specialties is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather conditions, service disruptions, incorrect delivery scans, or carrier operational delays.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable due to carrier delays.

  • We recommend placing orders well in advance of required delivery dates to allow for unforeseen delays.

Rush Orders

  • Rush orders prioritize production time only and do not guarantee carrier delivery times.

  • Rush fees are non-refundable, even if the shipment is delayed by the delivery service.

  • Badges Buttons Plus Specialties is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers on rush orders.

  • Customers are encouraged to confirm artwork approvals and order details promptly, as delays in approval may affect rush timelines.
